Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personal care or intimate items
- Opened or used skincare products
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Hazardous or flammable substances
Please do not return your item to the original product manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued, including but not limited to:
- Products returned with damaged or incomplete packaging (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@beautiver.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
